This policy applies to all employees, directors, officers, contractors, suppliers, and any other partners conducting business with Eximex UK Ltd. We expect all third parties we work with to uphold the same high standards.

3. Definition

Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced labour, compulsory labour, and human trafficking. These practices involve the exploitation of individuals for personal or commercial gain and constitute serious violations of fundamental human rights.

Reports may be made confidentially through designated reporting or whistleblowing channels. Eximex UK Ltd investigates all reports thoroughly and takes appropriate action.

8. Monitoring & Review

This policy is reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective and relevant. Implementation and compliance are monitored regularly.

9. Responsibility for the Policy

Senior leadership and compliance stakeholders within Eximex UK Ltd are responsible for ensuring the policy meets legal obligations and that employees understand and comply with it.

10. Policy Approval

This policy is approved by the Eximex UK Ltd Board of Directors and reviewed annually as part of our governance processes.
